Job Summary
Leading a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers, the full-time Manager, Customer Success - Enterprise Accounts will drive customer retention, expansion, and long-term value through strategic account management and executive engagement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers to meet operational KPIs
- Conduct account strategy and executive deal reviews to enhance customer results and drive adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success strategies that improve retention and account growth
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for complex Enterprise portfolios
- Experience leading executive-level customer conversations and managing escalations
- Strong business insight with the ability to align customer initiatives to measurable outcomes
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SmartSheet and Gainsight is a plus
