Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive retention and growth by ensuring client satisfaction and articulating the value of solutions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships within a set portfolio of accounts to ensure customer loyalty
- Drive positive onboarding experiences and collaborate with the Professional Services team for smooth transitions
- Analyze customer data to enhance the customer experience and report findings to team leads
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar position, preferably in the software industry
- Proven experience in driving technology adoption across diverse accounts
- Experience in managing customer concerns and adapting approaches for individual clients
- Project management experience or familiarity with establishing milestones
- Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
