Job Summary
Acting as the primary technical advisor for publishers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage end-to-end publisher relationships, focusing on optimizing ad performance and resolving technical challenges within the advertising technology landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Own publisher relationships from onboarding through long-term growth, ensuring account success
- Serve as the primary technical contact and strategic advisor for premium publisher accounts, monitoring ad performance and implementing optimizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and advocate for publishers' needs while educating them on new technologies and product features
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, including header bidding and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in high-level debugging
- Experience with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Zendesk
