Customer Success Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote or hybrid Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients in the construction industry, ensuring successful platform deployments, conducting training sessions, and fostering long-lasting relationships to enhance client satisfaction and account expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform
- Understand client construction needs and integrate Fieldwire into their daily workflows
- Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions to educate clients on Fieldwire
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably in field and office management roles
- Fluency in English, Polish, and Czech or Slovak
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion
- Ability to creatively brainstorm unique solutions to client issues
