Job Summary
A company in the Business Services industry is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist clients with onboarding, implementation and account management
- Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
- Activate and renew the customer base, acting as the customer's main advocate within the company
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience building and nurturing customer relationships
- Fluency in Estonian
- Record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals in a high growth setting
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
- Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up
