Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with assigned clients
  • Provide feedback to the operational team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other R1 functions to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, sales or consulting with clients
  • 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
  • Advanced Excel experience: creating pivot tables, formula calculations, etc
  • Power BI experience and Cerner Soultion knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field
