Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with assigned clients
- Provide feedback to the operational team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other R1 functions to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client services, sales or consulting with clients
- 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
- Advanced Excel experience: creating pivot tables, formula calculations, etc
- Power BI experience and Cerner Soultion knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field
