Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of relationships with enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong connections with enterprise clients, guiding them through implementation, optimization, and growth of the platform
  • Provide proactive recommendations to enhance ongoing usage of the platform and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Act as a liaison between enterprise customers and the Services team, gathering requirements and identifying suitable projects
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Customer Success, Event Technology, or Technical/Solutions Architecture
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and HTTP Requests
  • Familiarity with JIRA and experience with integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, or Eloqua
  • Experience working with large, complex, distributed systems within enterprise-level organizations
  • Understanding of various business processes and applications, and ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
