Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will be responsible for managing client relationships and optimizing publishers' ad stacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams, responding to client inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and Slack
  • Monitor site performance and offer optimization ideas with the help of the PubOps team
  • Conduct business reviews for publishers and offer growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of Client Services experience in the AdTech industry
  • Familiarity with the AdTech industry and understanding of the programmatic landscape
  • Comfortable with Google Products and working in CRM systems
  • Quick learner with the ability to adjust to changing environments
  • Technical comfort with ad tech terminology and concepts
