Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will be responsible for managing client relationships and optimizing publishers' ad stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between clients and internal teams, responding to client inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and Slack
- Monitor site performance and offer optimization ideas with the help of the PubOps team
- Conduct business reviews for publishers and offer growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Client Services experience in the AdTech industry
- Familiarity with the AdTech industry and understanding of the programmatic landscape
- Comfortable with Google Products and working in CRM systems
- Quick learner with the ability to adjust to changing environments
- Technical comfort with ad tech terminology and concepts
