Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will work with customers to ensure their success in leveraging products and hiring the best talent for their teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customer accounts, advising them on improving hiring and quality through adoption of products
  • Monitor and own customer health metrics, conducting business reviews and driving expansion and renewal conversations
  • Constantly re-imagine and improve the client experience, collecting ongoing customer feedback and developing effective communication strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, leading expansion and adoption across mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing, relationship management focused role
  • Experience in a startup environment and strong ownership mindset
  • Available for collaborative work Monday - Friday from 10am-3pm PT
  • Authorized to work in the US or Canada and located in the US or Canada
