Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and adoption of the company's platform by managing strategic and growing customer accounts
- Provide platform training, campaign planning, troubleshooting, and monitoring for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback and improve product usability and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with programmatic experience preferred
- Experience with ad tech landscape, DSPs, Social Media Advertising, and Google Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with Google Enterprise Suite and data analysis tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Values autonomy and embraces responsibility
