Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue and adoption of the company's platform by managing strategic and growing customer accounts
  • Provide platform training, campaign planning, troubleshooting, and monitoring for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client feedback and improve product usability and satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with programmatic experience preferred
  • Experience with ad tech landscape, DSPs, Social Media Advertising, and Google Campaign Manager
  • Familiarity with Google Enterprise Suite and data analysis tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Values autonomy and embraces responsibility
