Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as post-sale customer point of contact and drive increased customer adoption and utilization of the product suite
  • Assist in customer renewal and focus on improved retention
  • Develop high-level relationships with customers to assure strong relationships are intact and drive increased value for the products and services
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years in customer success/account management, professional services, or operations positions within the healthcare industry and/or SaaS based companies
  • BA/BS required, Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or other healthcare-related field a plus
  • Track record of fostering and building strong customer relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and disciplined record keeping concerning customer engagement
  • Ability to analyze customer usage data and develop recommendations based upon data insights
