Job Summary

- Onboard and implement customers, managing expectations and driving integration
- Drive adoption of the company's product within the customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention rates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Previous consulting or customer service/support experience
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company is a plus
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus
