Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for their Customer Success department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and implement customers, managing expectations and driving integration
  • Drive adoption of the company's product within the customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention rates
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Previous consulting or customer service/support experience
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company is a plus
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus
