Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with customers to promote a strong partnership
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by advocating for customer needs and addressing any issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely action and communication, and synthesize data for customer presentations
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Service Management or a related role
  • Technical account level exposure within ERP systems, managed hosting, cloud environments, networking, SAN/storage, disaster recovery, database management, and security solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Demonstrated independence, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset
  • BS/BA degree and technology background preferred
