Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of active customers throughout their lifetime at the company
  • Showcase the company's platform to newly assigned customers and document their needs and special requirements
  • Educate customers on resources and examples of greatness, introduce new talent, and recommend talent for projects
Required Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • Customer Success experience
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS business model and content marketing/creation
  • Strong writing skills
