Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customers through onboarding and help them implement the company's product
- Drive adoption and growth by conducting strategy sessions, check-ins, and facilitating stakeholder alignment
- Contribute to evolving customer success playbooks and processes, and share customer feedback with internal teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of previous experience in a Customer Success role for technical SaaS products
- Proven experience collaborating successfully with internal/external stakeholders and team members
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to turn customers into advocates
- Experience closing renewals and upsells at a high rate
- Passion for startups, software, and SaaS products
