Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customers through onboarding and help them implement the company's product
  • Drive adoption and growth by conducting strategy sessions, check-ins, and facilitating stakeholder alignment
  • Contribute to evolving customer success playbooks and processes, and share customer feedback with internal teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-7+ years of previous experience in a Customer Success role for technical SaaS products
  • Proven experience collaborating successfully with internal/external stakeholders and team members
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to turn customers into advocates
  • Experience closing renewals and upsells at a high rate
  • Passion for startups, software, and SaaS products
