Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and growth
- Manage contract renewals and upsells, owning the process end-to-end
- Anticipate and resolve customer issues, identify expansion opportunities, and record customer details in CRM
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Skilled at building relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Track record of driving customer success in complex environments
- Background or passion for women's health, maternity, or childcare is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or benefits administration is a plus
