Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Advertising (Agency).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital resource for training, troubleshooting, and supporting Agency customers in using the platform
- Manage Agency engagements, assisting in strategy implementation and activation of Retail Media Tools
- Analyze data, track progress, and collaborate with internal teams to shape new features
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience, with 3+ years in retail media and advertising engagement
- Experience managing Ecommerce/Retail Media marketing budgets, specifically on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, etc
- Proven experience working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies
- Track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space
