Job Summary
Managing advertising campaigns for enterprise clients, the remote Customer Success Manager, Advertising will execute retail media search strategies on platforms like Amazon and Walmart, ensuring profitable revenue growth while leveraging the CommerceIQ platform.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of retail media search advertising campaigns, optimizing performance to meet client KPIs
- Develop and manage joint success plans based on customer needs, showcasing the value of the CommerceIQ platform throughout the engagement
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in media and advertising engagement in a consulting or agency role
- Experience managing eCommerce marketing budgets, particularly on Amazon and Walmart, for large enterprise brands
- Proven expertise in bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and project management experience
