Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on the platform
  • Guide customers on best practices for agent deployment, integration, and optimization
  • Drive expansion outcomes and revenue growth through cross-sell opportunities and customer engagement


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
  • Experience with building and deploying AI agents
  • Familiarity with API integrations and navigating SDKs
  • Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market landscape and cultural nuances
