Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary advocate for customers, understanding their strategies and product needs
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Lead account reviews and drive discussions to optimize customer experience and product usage
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot Workflows preferred
  • Familiarity with deploying technology or support services, ideally using AI tools
  • Experience working with Government of Canada customers is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and French is required
