Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advocate for customers, understanding their strategies and product needs
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Lead account reviews and drive discussions to optimize customer experience and product usage
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot Workflows preferred
- Familiarity with deploying technology or support services, ideally using AI tools
- Experience working with Government of Canada customers is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and French is required
