Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Clinical Trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead relationships with Clinical Research clients to exceed expectations on user engagement and project delivery
  • Drive value of products and services, educate clients on critical goals, and enhance ongoing product development efforts
  • Balance and prioritize global projects across multiple accounts and segments

Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company
  • Experience working within Clinical Trials, specifically with Life Sciences and/or Clinical Research Organizations
  • Comfortable managing strategic project work and getting into the details
  • Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Ideal candidate will have experience managing direct reports in a remote environment
