Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Clinical Trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead relationships with Clinical Research clients to exceed expectations on user engagement and project delivery
- Drive value of products and services, educate clients on critical goals, and enhance ongoing product development efforts
- Balance and prioritize global projects across multiple accounts and segments
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company
- Experience working within Clinical Trials, specifically with Life Sciences and/or Clinical Research Organizations
- Comfortable managing strategic project work and getting into the details
- Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
- Ideal candidate will have experience managing direct reports in a remote environment
