- Onboard and train legal aid organizations on generative AI software
- Regularly meet and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Manage client accounts, offer tailored software solutions, and provide technical support
Required Qualifications:
- Law degree or formal legal education
- Experience working with legal aid organizations, nonprofits, or government agencies
- Experience in legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms
- Strong presenting and communication skills
- Interest in learning about new technology and software
