Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for their CoCounsel Legal Aid Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and train legal aid organizations on generative AI software
  • Regularly meet and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Manage client accounts, offer tailored software solutions, and provide technical support

Required Qualifications:
  • Law degree or formal legal education
  • Experience working with legal aid organizations, nonprofits, or government agencies
  • Experience in legal technology and/or AI-based software platforms
  • Strong presenting and communication skills
  • Interest in learning about new technology and software
