Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager in EdTech.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and expand relationships with small school districts in the Great Lakes Region
  • Drive significant account growth through consultative solution selling
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • K-12 teaching, administration, or leadership experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or customer success within K-12 EdTech
  • Experience managing short and long-term sales cycles in a multi-product/solution sales environment
