Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of the platform across a portfolio of approximately 80 accounts
  • Administer onboarding and enablement tactics while advising on best practices for deployment
  • Analyze product usage to identify friction points and help customers realize value


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
  • Must speak a second European language
  • Proven experience in driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
  • Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents and API integrations
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and cultural nuances
