Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the platform across a portfolio of approximately 80 accounts
- Administer onboarding and enablement tactics while advising on best practices for deployment
- Analyze product usage to identify friction points and help customers realize value
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
- Must speak a second European language
- Proven experience in driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
- Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents and API integrations
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and cultural nuances
