Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a strong team culture
- Manage the EMEA renewal and expansion book, tracking key metrics and ensuring financial accountability
- Implement and adapt the company's Customer Success operating model to the EMEA region while driving AI adoption
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven experience managing a team against retention and growth targets
- Strong background in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with a data-driven approach
- Experience building or scaling a Customer Success function in a high-growth environment
- Knowledge of EMEA markets and fluency in one European language in addition to English is a plus
