Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead post-sales activities for enterprise customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewal
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and drive adoption and retention

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Experience in the security or compliance industry preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives
  • Technical competency to understand the company's software and work with highly technical customers
  • Proven track record of long-term customer retention and hitting retention targets
