Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, in a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educating users and decision-makers on company products
  • Managing renewal processes and partnering with sales for account expansions
  • Representing the voice of the customer to inform the sales process and product roadmap

Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience managing Enterprise level accounts
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite

  • Awareness of the latest trends in the data science field and experience with other analytic software
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals successfully
