Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise and Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, aligning solutions to meet business goals
  • Guide customer relationships, increase adoption and drive NPS, expansion, and renewal
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and realize value and revenue opportunities for customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Customer Success Management with enterprise accounts
  • BA/BS or Equivalent
  • GRC or similar industry experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with various software tools such as Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems
