Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for FieldRoutes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage industry knowledge to partner with clients for achieving strategic goals
  • Develop client relationships to promote retention and loyalty
  • Create success plans, monitor client activity, and identify opportunities for additional services

Required Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of experience in B2B Account Management or Client Success (SaaS industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to articulate vision, strategy, and plans
  • Experience working within matrixed environments
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners at all levels
