Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Fintech/BNPL segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of fintech/BNPL customers to enhance account health and value realization
  • Collaborate with account executives and technical account managers for post-sale engagements focused on customer optimization and growth
  • Conduct business reviews to align on user priorities and provide guidance on maximizing value from the company's offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise relationship management or consulting experience, with 2+ years in the Fintech, Neobank, or Lending space
  • Proven experience with BNPL-specific challenges, including high-velocity repayments and credit-loss mitigation
  • Familiarity with ledgering, virtual cards, and ACH mechanics
  • Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders in financial organizations
  • Ability to manage a complex book of business across multiple time zones
