Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise - REMOTE/ Work Anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with selected enterprise customers to gather information and build rapport
- Maintain customer account data, monitor service usage levels, and lead contract renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and support sales process and product roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, or similar role
- Experience with Linux OS, security practices, and patching operations preferred
- Experience working with medium and large enterprise customers
- Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Experience with daily usage of a CRM
