Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise - REMOTE/ Work Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with selected enterprise customers to gather information and build rapport
  • Maintain customer account data, monitor service usage levels, and lead contract renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and support sales process and product roadmap

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, or similar role
  • Experience with Linux OS, security practices, and patching operations preferred
  • Experience working with medium and large enterprise customers
  • Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience with daily usage of a CRM
