Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II - German Speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the customer journey phases: onboarding, adoption, business reviews, and renewals
  • Lead onboarding experiences and ensure customer requirements are met within timelines
  • Identify risks to customer goals and develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in technology
  • Fluency in German
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT)
  • Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
  • Knowledge of APIs and their functionality
