Job Summary
Acting as the primary point of contact for mid-market and SMB customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager (German Speaking) will manage renewals, drive product adoption, and build executive-level relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term partnership value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to influence business outcomes
- Own the end-to-end renewals process, including negotiating pricing and managing renewal forecasting
- Drive product adoption through successful onboarding and engagement, developing customer success stories and metrics
Required qualifications
- Experience in renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success with mid-market or SMB customers
- Proven track record managing large, complex portfolios in a covered CSM model
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Fluency in German is required
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and other CRM/Success platforms
