Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II - German Speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the customer journey phases including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, and renewals
  • Translate technical customer needs to internal teams and provide feedback on product enhancements
  • Manage account health and develop strategies for renewals and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in technology
  • Fluent in German
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, etc.)
  • Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
  • Knowledge of APIs and their functionality
