Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II - German Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the customer journey phases including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, and renewals
- Translate technical customer needs to internal teams and provide feedback on product enhancements
- Manage account health and develop strategies for renewals and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or post-sales roles in technology
- Fluent in German
- Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams (cybersecurity, DevOps, IT, etc.)
- Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
- Knowledge of APIs and their functionality
