Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the GOV West region.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sales activities within established accounts to achieve sales quota
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to increase product adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product impact and drive customer value

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in SaaS or medical device market
Experience in engaging collaborators in sterilization, hospital hygiene, or operating room fields
Bachelor's degree required
Track record of managing a book of business and delivering results
Experience with pricing principles and sales practices in SaaS environments
