Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer satisfaction of owned accounts through exceptional service and attention to detail to ensure retention
- Work with customers to understand critical goals, challenges, and key performance indicators
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for customer growth and engagement with the company
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management role
- Experience working with customer relationship management tools and case management solutions
- Experience with macOS, iOS, and tvOS
- 2 year / Associates Degree, or higher preferred
- Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Jamf 100, Jamf 200
