Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager I (Customer Success Manager I) to enhance digital health experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer adoption of digital health tools and manage onboarding and training for healthcare providers
  • Monitor customer engagement and gather feedback to inform improvements in service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; preferred in healthcare administration or IT
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in customer support or patient/provider engagement in healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with EHR platforms and healthcare technology products
  • Understanding of patient data privacy regulations and healthcare processes
