Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager III.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an industry leading customer experience
  • Drive customer adoption and success through usage recommendations and business reviews
  • Manage key accounts, monitor customer health, and facilitate customer engagement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years experience in a customer service role required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success Software such as Gainsight
  • Experience using video conferencing systems like Zoom or GoToMeeting
