Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSM III to support new and existing customers in the Mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support existing customers to ensure retention and increase member engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders, communicating the value of the product
  • Develop customer success strategies and proactively source opportunities for relationship expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a high-growth technology environment
  • Experience managing complex projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Familiarity with HR benefits leaders is preferred, but not required
