Job Summary
A company is looking for a CSM III to support new and existing customers in the Mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing customers to ensure retention and increase member engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders, communicating the value of the product
- Develop customer success strategies and proactively source opportunities for relationship expansion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a high-growth technology environment
- Experience managing complex projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Familiarity with HR benefits leaders is preferred, but not required
