Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager III to manage customer relationships and drive successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, developing strategic relationships and executing impactful strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey, identifying and addressing risks and opportunities for upselling
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and drive engagement and adoption of products
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape
  • Excellent business development and negotiating skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets
  • Experience in a SaaS education company is a bonus
