Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager III to manage customer relationships and drive successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers, developing strategic relationships and executing impactful strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey, identifying and addressing risks and opportunities for upselling
- Guide new customers through onboarding and drive engagement and adoption of products
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape
- Excellent business development and negotiating skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets
- Experience in a SaaS education company is a bonus
