Job Summary
Supporting customers in their digital transformation journey, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager III will manage post-sales relationships, drive the adoption of HPE solutions, and ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, activation, and adoption of HPE offerings to maximize value and enhance their experience
- Identify and close opportunities to expand HPE's portfolio reach within customer accounts, delivering incremental business value
- Engage with strategic customers to understand their business objectives and project priorities, orchestrating their adoption journey
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management within the IT services industry
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and cloud solutions
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive adoption strategies
- Experience in identifying business opportunities and delivering value to clients
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
