Job Summary
Managing relationships with Community Connect partners, the full-time salaried Customer and Financial Success Manager, Epic Community Connect will monitor revenue cycle performance, ensure support commitments are met, and facilitate communication to drive long-term value in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor overall revenue cycle performance at Community Connect sites
- Ensure UChicago Medicine delivers on support commitments and address any barriers
- Develop and optimize relationships with Community Connect partners, serving as their main point of contact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a healthcare-related field required
- 2 years of hands-on Epic experience
- Exhibits a high degree of customer service and teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and meet time-based objectives
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
