A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Customer Success Manager in Boston.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Participating in implementation of Customer Success Strategy
  • Proactively managing the relationship with our clients

Qualifications Include:

  • 2 to 5 years experience in a Customer Success or Customer Relationship Management role with key accounts
  • Strong sense of customer service and business
  • Excellent ability to create interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent ability to listen, speak and collaborate with these different interlocutors
  • Ability to be proactive and always work in anticipation
  • Very good sense of organization and management of multi-stakeholder projects
