Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - APAC/Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary resource for internal and external client inquiries related to accounts
- Collaborate with Operations teams across regions to ensure effective customer support and insights
- Identify and escalate urgent situations arising from customer and internal inquiries throughout campaign stages
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience in customer support, preferably in demand generation or direct database marketing
- Fluent in Japanese
- Experience with database products and services
- Ability to learn and operate SaaS platforms, including Salesforce and Qlik
- Strong self-motivation and independence in work
