Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - APAC/Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary resource for internal and external client inquiries related to accounts
  • Collaborate with Operations teams across regions to ensure effective customer support and insights
  • Identify and escalate urgent situations arising from customer and internal inquiries throughout campaign stages
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer support, preferably in demand generation or direct database marketing
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Experience with database products and services
  • Ability to learn and operate SaaS platforms, including Salesforce and Qlik
  • Strong self-motivation and independence in work
