Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Global and Large Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored use cases in collaboration with customers to address specific business challenges
- Drive adoption of solutions by integrating use cases into customer workflows and providing strategic guidance
- Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their needs and advocating for their feedback within the company
Required Qualifications
- A law degree or substantial experience working with large law firms or legal professionals
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based models
- Proven ability to understand and recommend tailored solutions for customer-specific use cases
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
