Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Global and Large Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored use cases in collaboration with customers to address specific business challenges
  • Drive adoption of solutions by integrating use cases into customer workflows and providing strategic guidance
  • Build strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their needs and advocating for their feedback within the company
Required Qualifications
  • A law degree or substantial experience working with large law firms or legal professionals
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based models
  • Proven ability to understand and recommend tailored solutions for customer-specific use cases
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
