Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience with building and deploying AI agents and API integrations
- Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
- Strong understanding of the Nordics market landscape and cultural nuances
