Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience with building and deploying AI agents and API integrations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
  • Strong understanding of the Nordics market landscape and cultural nuances
