  • Guide faculty through customer journeys and provide proactive outreach and support
  • Monitor product usage, identify churn risks, and document faculty interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in education, training, sales, support, or digital media/communications
  • Experience in solving complex problems and researching technical issues
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
