- Provide faculty with onboarding, training, and consultation for product optimization
- Guide faculty through customer journeys and provide proactive outreach and support
- Monitor product usage, identify churn risks, and document faculty interactions
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in education, training, sales, support, or digital media/communications
- Experience in solving complex problems and researching technical issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
