Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technology transfer operations staff performing managed services work under billable service contracts
  • Coordinate and provide leadership and training for new and existing staff
  • Project manage and track work to ensure fulfillment of contracts and maintenance of target margins
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in managing technology transfer office operations
  • Team line management experience
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Existing network of contacts across the technology transfer community
