Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of technology transfer operations staff performing managed services work under billable service contracts
- Coordinate and provide leadership and training for new and existing staff
- Project manage and track work to ensure fulfillment of contracts and maintenance of target margins
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in managing technology transfer office operations
- Team line management experience
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Strong leadership qualities
- Existing network of contacts across the technology transfer community
