Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure success with the platform
  • Empower customers to connect their goals with the solution in the platform
  • Lead webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers on product features

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience
  • Prior experience teaching technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
