Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new customers through onboarding process for quick processing of production claims and eligibility checks
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers via dedicated channels, triaging requests for assistance
  • Contribute to documentation, identify product gaps, and utilize data to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within digital health
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or product management
  • Subject matter expertise in RCM processes like eligibility checks, claim submission, and ERA processing
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a proactive approach
  • Ability to match the organization's fast-paced environment and prioritize customer relationships
