Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Revenue Cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new customers through onboarding process for quick processing of production claims and eligibility checks
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers via dedicated channels, triaging requests for assistance
- Contribute to documentation, identify product gaps, and utilize data to enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within digital health
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or product management
- Subject matter expertise in RCM processes like eligibility checks, claim submission, and ERA processing
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a proactive approach
- Ability to match the organization's fast-paced environment and prioritize customer relationships
